Thank you for your interest in owning a 10 Spot SPOT Beauty Bar. 

Question: Is previous spa or esthetic experience necessary to obtain a 10 Spot franchise?
Answer: Nope. Spa or Esthetic experience is always helpful but, not necessary. We are looking for go-getter budding entrepreneurs to help our brand grow. For the role of an owner; management and leadership experience is most valuable. If you have experience running another type of business or team that includes working with employees and customers, managing operations cash and generating budgets or financial statements then that is best. As part of the training, you'll be given the ins and outs of the spa industry as well as undergo a complete training program of THE TEN SPOT's business practices.

Question: Does THE TEN SPOT Beauty Bar franchise investors?
Answer: THE TEN SPOT franchises to individuals who personally operate their beauty bars and are involved in the day to day operation of their location. Although an owner can hire Managers, especially if they own multiple locations, we require that the owner of our franchise be personally involved.

Question: Is there an opportunity to acquire more than one 10 SPOT’s?
Answer: For sure! In fact, the more the better for you and THE TEN SPOT. We are seeking ambitions individuals who are capable of operating multiple locations and growing big with us!

Question: What is included in THE TEN SPOT’s Franchising System?

Answer: Everything. You get to own and operate an assigned 10 Spot Beauty Bar Franchise, have the use of brand name, trademarks, service protocols, operational systems and methods, and décor.

Question: What are your advertising fees?
Answer: THE TEN SPOT Beauty Bar will require an Advertising / Marketing / Web fee that WILL NOT exceed 3% of Gross Sales. This percentage fee is also matched and paid into by all Corporate locations and covers such things as email newsletters and database, loyalty programs, web presences/renewals and advertising.

Question: Does THE TEN SPOT Beauty Bar offer financing options?
Answer:  At this time, THE TEN SPOT Beauty Bar does not offer financing assistance. Financing options may be pursued through third parties. However, the Government has a Small Businesss Financing Loan (CSBF) - which you can read about here. It can be used to cover 90% of eligable costs related to leashold improvements and equipment for an amount of up to $300K. THE TEN SPOT has broken down what may be eligable and this information can be provided to you.

Question: How much money can I make?
Answer: Profitability depends on many factors including operating and occupancy costs, financing terms and most important, your ability to operate the business effectively.

Question: Am I protected from other 10 Spot stores opening near my location?
Answer: At the time a location is determined for your first store a “Protected Area” will be established. The size of the area will depend on the density of population, traffic, competition and other factors.

Question: What is the average square footage of a THE TEN SPOT Beauty Bar franchise?
Answer: THE TEN SPOT Beauty Bar requirements for a location are 1,800 - 2,000 square feet.

Question: What is the process of getting a franchise?
Answer: After meeting our requirements, the franchise process takes approximately 5 months from initial contact to store opening!
